Every item purchased in our online shop is covered by a 14-day return guarantee.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returning the goods:<\/p>\n

    Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (label, instructions, etc.) and gifts (if any).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Goods will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund if:
    – they have been used (opened packaging, bottle, etc.);
    – damaged;
    – they have not retained their usable characteristics;
    – have lost their merchantable appearance;
    – the original labels have been removed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    The Seller must be notified of the withdrawal by email. by email to info@baltagauja.eu, stating: the buyer’s name and bank account number (optional: reason for return). The account holder must be the same as the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    The sender (buyer) is responsible for all costs related to the dispatch of the goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The notification must be made within the prescribed time limit (fourteen calendar days).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The product must be returned by sending it to the address Klaipeda str. 10, Kretingale city, LT 96332, Lithuania.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The money will be refunded to the bank account specified by the customer. The money will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 (three) working days after receipt of the returned goods. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
