Return policy

Every item purchased in our online shop is covered by a 14-day return guarantee.

Returning the goods:

1. Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
2. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and with all its accessories (label, instructions, etc.) and gifts (if any). Goods will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund if:
   • used (opening the package, bottle, etc.)
   • have been damaged;
   • their usable qualities were not preserved;
   • lost its marketable appearance;
   • the original labels have been removed.
3. The Seller must be notified of the withdrawal by email. by email to info@baltagauja.eu, stating: the buyer’s name and bank account number (optional: reason for return). The account holder must be the same as the buyer.
4. The sender (buyer) is responsible for all costs related to the dispatch of the goods.
5. The notification must be made within the prescribed time limit (fourteen calendar days).
6. The product must be returned by sending it to the address Klaipeda str. 10, Kretingale city, LT 96332, Lithuania.
7. The money will be refunded to the bank account specified by the customer. The money will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 (three) working days after receipt of the returned goods.
8. In addition to the above conditions, the return of goods shall be subject to the Terms of Service and other legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
